Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies and procedures.

Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits at facilities.

Ensure compliance with national regulations and international safety standards.

Organize HSE training sessions for staff and contractors.

Investigate incidents/accidents and prepare detailed reports with corrective actions.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in HSE, preferably in the energy or industrial sector.

Knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, or related standards is an advantage.

Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
